Tasting notes
Showing a good balance between its light body and delicate bubbles, it is bright, slightly golden in colour with a good effervescence. Bright pear and gala apple flavours marry with light toasty notes of fresh bread dough on the palate for a refreshing experience. Harmonious and delicate with a great freshness. Delicious as an apéritif but also recommended with oysters and sushi and many other light fish dishes.
