Tasting notes
A lovely pink colour with pale coppery highlights. Initially mild on the palate, it opens out on to red fruits and pomegranate. Its mouthfeel is creamy, reminiscent of an English strawberry and cream bonbon. Its length on the palate is enhanced by the fruitiness of the Pinot grape varieties and the elegant pastry notes. Clean, well-balanced dosage. Ideal on its own, but also perfect paired with smoked salmon on blinis with a taramasalata dip.
